Oh my~ what do we have?

It was the day I’d been most excited about in years. Working in the woods had become a newfound entertainment for us, well, at least for a while. We were clearing the woods to create paths for four-wheeling when suddenly, we spotted round greenish-orange objects hanging from a tree.

‘Wait a minute! Are those what I think they are? Oh my gosh, we’ve found them!’ I was thrilled to have spotted wild oranges on our property. Our neighbors had mentioned these sweet wild oranges around here, which another neighbor shared from their own property. Since then, I’d been hoping to find at least one on our land, but I had given up hope.

‘Goodness, where did they come from? How did I not see any before?’ We scoured the property, hoping to find more orange trees. So far, we’ve found about a dozen trees. The scent of citrus oil on the outside of the orange peels is unbelievably amazing and strong. They’re truly organic, and I couldn’t be happier that we get to enjoy them.
