Children are divine gifts. We must treat them as the most beautiful gifts anyone could ask for.
They are here to remind us of how fragile life can be yet, how wondrously and mysteriously it makes our life even stronger – an inner and outer strength beyond your comprehension only if you choose to embrace that journey.
Be good to them. Raise them with respect. Teach them as you would have wished to be taught in your life. Teach them common sense. Teach them to respect themselves and others. Teach them by example. Shower them with endless love, yet be firm with your teachings. Guide them through rough times with wisdom and wit.
Most of all, if you find yourself in a challenging moment, you may want to give yourself a timeout. Just take a deep breath and remind yourself that they are divine gifts deserving of the utmost most honor and respect.
